Back at it

Posted on March 29, 2009. Filed under: Uncategorized |

So I thought I was done with this. It’s been quite a while since I started this blog and I really took off with a passion, but as it progressed I found myself too engrossed in writing about mental illness in general and my experience in particular and it became overwhelming. I had no plans of getting back into this since I have started a new job that revolves around mental health I figured I was exposed to it enough, but a writer that I love gave me a shoutout on his blog and referred people here and I thought I might as well dust it off. All this by way of saying that I will start posting regularly again this week.

Take care!

You should keep this up. I was diagnosed with bipolar II in the past couple years (I didn’t believe it until the fourth diagnosis), and since I wasn’t so familiar with the disorder until now, I really feel like I don’t fully understand what’s happening to me. Having a resource like this helps enormously.
